A Clockwork Heart

There are polynomials in there!  I made this Valentine's Day heart for my wife this year.  This clockwork really runs true and smooth, literally made with love.


The spiral disks even after it was presented.  I could not stop working on it.  It requires some adjustment from time to time, which I truly enjoy.  It hangs by the door and gets a turn every day.
